Overcast skies, brisk weather, and a few sprinkles early on did not deter interested rowers from taking advantage of the JEB Stuart Crew Open House on Sunday, October 18. Shortly after 1 p.m. the first boat pushed off from the dock filled with crew team members, interested students, and JEB Stuart Principal Penny Gros. Coaches were on hand to provide instruction, and after a quick on-the-water lesson, first-timers got to take a turn on Lake Barcroft.
