The schedule hasn’t been released by VASRA yet; however, we’ll distribute/post it as soon as we can. All our available rowers will be competing this Saturday … 19 women, 13 men. VASRA plans to run what they call a split schedule with small boats (singles, doubles, quads, fours) in the morning and 8s in the afternoon.

The coaches meeting  is at 7 a.m., coxswains at 7:30 a.m. (and 11:00 a.m. Caroline), weigh-ins 7-9 a.m., and the first event will be at 9 a.m.

Rowers, talk to your coaches to set a meeting time at the boathouse. However, plan to be there no later than 2 hours before your event time.

The weather forecast for tomorrow afternoon’s practice is not looking great. We’ll make the call by noon, and if necessary, we’ll switch to a dance studio workout.

Please make sure you’re eating well and staying hydrated … the pasta party tomorrow can help with that.

See you tomorrow …
Coach Mike
