Below are the JEB Stuart entries for Saturday’s regatta. The schedule will get released later tonight. As of now, it looks like the men’s quads will have early morning heats to an early afternoon final, the women’s double and quad will have late morning finals, the men’s junior 4 will go straight to a final just before noon, and the women’s junior 8 will have an early afternoon heat to a late day final.
The coaches meeting is at 7:00 am, coxswains at 7:30 am, weigh-ins will go 7:00-9:00 am, and the first event will be at 9:00 am. It looks like we’ll make out better for winds this regatta.
My thanks to all who worked hard to improve over spring break and to the rowers/parents who provided carpools. For some of our novices we were able to do sculling training and some coxswain training … this may give us other entry options for the last couple of regular season regattas.
