One final shout out from your outgoing registrar:

The paperwork requirements begin anew each year when the school year ends in June. Therefore, if you will be assisting with the Learn to Row in July (or participating in any other green day activities the coaches may schedule), you will need to submit the following paperwork:

The good news: Once you submit these this summer, they will be valid through next spring’s (2019) crew season.

Please submit the physical to the athletic trainer, Mr. Berg (kbberg@fcps.edu). The other two forms can be sent to your new registrar, Ms. Sidney. (Thanks again, Anne!) If you have already submitted your physical to Mr. Berg, including for any fall sport or by going to the physicals night at Stuart in May, just let Ms. Sidney know. Although you will still need to complete the other two pieces, the physical carries across all sports.
