Justice Rowing would like to invite you to our Open House on Saturday, October 6, 2017 anytime from 1-4pm at Lake Barcroft Beach 4 (3526 Duff Drive). We will have a few of our boats on the lake and will give interested students a chance to get on the water to row! Join us for a great afternoon.

No experience is required. Varsity Crew members will go out in boats with new students so you can see what it’s like. We will also have information, spirit wear, refreshments, and plenty of fun! Boosters will be on the beach to answer questions and get to know parents.

Any current Justice High School student or eighth grader in the Justice High School pyramid, with parents permission (see below) is welcome. Be sure to wear comfortable, loose-fitting or “stretchy” clothing, such as shorts (or leggings) and a T-shirt. Any footwear is fine, and bring socks and a towel.

All we need from prospective new rowers is a waiver (download PDF here) completed and signed by a parent or guardian. If possible, please print it out and have a parent or guardian complete and sign the waiver, and then bring it to the open house. We will have copies of the waiver available at the open house (but it’s better if you can have it done in advance). New rowers cannot get on the water without a completed waiver. Rowers who attended our Learn-To-Row event in July have a waiver on file.

Parents are welcome and feel free to pass this to a friend!
