WINTER CONDITIONING BEGINS

Justice Rowing starts winter conditioning this Thursday in the new weight room/old dance studio. Conditioning sessions will run from 3:30 – 5:30 on Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri. For those rowers who have been doing Tue/Thu morning lifts with Coach Rob, those sessions will now be on Wed mornings only. Winter conditioning is open to all students athletes attending Justice High School and meet requirements.

COMPLETE

To participate, you will need a sports physical on file with the Athletic Trainer and an Emergency Care Form turned in to us (for use by the coaches). All forms are on the website, here.

RETURN

For those with team ergs … plan to return the erg on Thursday between 3:15 – 3:30, but no later than 5:30, at the back door of the old dance studio, located in the North Justice HS parking lot.  If you need to make arrangements to return the erg early, see Coach Rob Walker at school. Make sure the erg is thoroughly cleaned; it would also be great if you’d send some fresh batteries for the type you used (Model C – 4 AAs; Model D – 2 Ds).

WATCH

PREPARE

WEAR

Wear running shoes and layers because warmups and some workouts may be outside. 

BRING

Bring a large refillable water bottle and a small notebook to track your workouts/progress.
