Justice HS Rowing Supporters:
The team will be practicing during Spring Break, April 3-7, but there will be no bus transportation provided (unless someone would like to donate $2100 to pay for it…). As a result, we’ll be carpooling for the week (M, T, W, TH, and F). Please volunteer to drive if you are able. Once we have the numbers of rowers we will let you know if you will be needed on a particular day. Please be patient because inevitably one of the rowers decides to drive at the last minute and take others with him/her and we won’t need you to drive. We will emphasize with coaches to make sure rowers inform them if they are driving and who they may be taking along.
You’ll be picking up rowers at JHS and driving them to Sandy Run Regional Park, 10450 Van Thompson Rd., Fairfax Station, VA. If you can help, please indicate below (please only reply to the email and do not reply all) and mark an X when and where you can provide transportation as well as how many rowers you can take. We need seats for approximately 30 rowers. The carpools will leave JHS each day around 3:00 and head down to Sandy Run, then return to JHS when rowers are finished, around 7 pm.
Once the below forms are tallied up, we’ll confirm with everyone if you are needed. Thanks for everyone’s support!
