Good Afternoon,
A reminder that tomorrow is our first of three Learn to Row sessions taking place at Sandy Run. I would also like to use this opportunity to stuff our fundraising letters. Below is the timeline of activities:
- 11:00am: Rowers and adults arrive
- Unload boats from trailer
- Rig boats
- Put two launches in the water with motors
- 1:00pm: New Rowers Arrive
- Welcome and Introductions
- Safety Talk
- Put boats in water
- 1:30-3:30pm: Fundraising Letters (those not involved with rowing)
- Stuff envelopes (we have 1060 to stuff!)
- Apply labels
- Apply stamps
- 3:30pm: Pull Boats
- Pull rowing shells from water
- Move launches to dock and secure
- 3:45pm: Coaches Talk
- 4:00pm: Depart
