Justice Rowing Parents, Rowers and Supporters:
It’s almost here! The Wolves Spring Classic—all-sport exhibition hosted by Justice Athletic Booster with intention to support all six spring sports and more than 400 Justice athletes taking part in their own events—runs through mid-May, but our day to shine is Wednesday, May 1 immediately after school.
GO THE DISTANCE
DATE: May 1, 2019
TIME: 3:00–5:00 PM
LOCATION: Justice High School (specific location to be announced). Weather permitting, we may hold the event outside.
CREW EVENT: The rowing portion of the Classic is a great exhibition of skill and stamina. Each rower takes part in 30 minute challenge to see how many meters they can row.
FUNDRAISING: Justice Rowers have been collecting pledges based on the number of meters the rowers expects to row in 30 minutes, or a one-time pledge.
FUNDRAISING GOAL: Justice Rowing Fundraising Goal is $10,000—individual goal set at $300 per rower.
FUNDRAISING BONUS: Coach Mike offered a personal donation of $1,000 for full participation by our rowers.
DONATION BENEFIT: All donations are tax deductible.
PARTICIPATION PAYS:
For the last few weeks, you may have seen the leaderboard and emails from justicerowing@gmail.com. Prizes are awarded for participation as follows.
- Top fundraiser overall (over $300) $100 gift card
- Top girl fundraiser overall $50
- Top boy fundraiser overall $50
- Anyone raising more than $300, entered into a drawing for $25
- Top donations rower weekly (over $100) $25
- Top donations rower final 6 hours $25
- Top performer (meters/30 minutes, boy and girl) $25

STEPS TO GETTING STARTED
There’s still time to participate!
1. Go to your web page and make sure you can log in.
2. Edit your Statement (on your main page) and your Thank You Message that automatically gets sent to supporter when they donate online.
3. Start sending either email messages from your site by simply adding email addresses in the “To:” field and sharing a note to family and friends.
4. Click on “View Your Personal Page.” And now on the lower right you can click to share on Facebook, Twitter, & Email. Tag family and friends.
GET PERSONAL:
On your page, you can add pictures (your own or download from Justice Rowing photo gallery), personalize automatic responses when pledges and donations are done online, email directly from the site, and easily place posts on your Facebook pages and Twitter accounts that will take relatives and friends right to your rowing page. Many of the pages have placeholder pictures, but feel free to add or modify as you see fit.
