Over the final weeks of the regatta season, we will have greater numbers of athletes in the park concurrently, as we enter the phase of heats and finals leading up to the championships. Rowers from the morning’s championship heats will still be in the park for the early afternoon’s finals, at a time when the lower boats will also be arriving.
There is limited onsite parking, so please ensure it is available to the athletes, coaches, staff, referees and volunteers. If you are volunteering for the afternoon shift, parking may be full and you may need to take the shuttle. If all onsite parking is full it will be Tweeted:
We encourage everyone to carpool or to be dropped off.
Athletes in uniforms may take the shuttle from South County at no cost.
Allow sufficient time to make your event.
There is No Spectator parking at Sandy Run. All spectator parking is at:
South County High School

There will be shuttle buses running between South County High School and C Lot at Sandy Run. The shuttles will begin 1.5 hours before the first race and conclude running from Sandy Run NLT 1 hour after the last race. The cost of the shuttles is $10 round trip.
Drop Off/Pick Up: There will be a coned area of D Lot for athlete and spectator drop off and pick up. Please Carpool.
There is no fee for onsite parking.
Athlete Parking: Athletes will park in Loisvale Lot with overflow into D Lot.
Coaches Parking: Coaches will park in the designated area of D Lot. Please display the green coaches hangtag.
Staff /LOC Parking: B Lot, second row from the back.
Referee Parking: B Lot, back row.
Volunteer Parking; D Lot.
Handicapped Parking: C Lot as designated.
The area below the C/D Lot barrier has been designated an athlete/coaches/staff zone only, as has the Point: No spectators.
Teams may set up tents, but the athletes and coaches will be responsible for the set up and the provision of food and drinks. NO Chuck Wagons or team trailers other than boat trailers.
If teams elect to set up tents for athletes on Friday, they must be lowered and weighted down.
