Complete and submit the following forms to the Justice Athletic Department.

1. All student-athletes start with the online Justice High School athlete registration system. Concussion training is now included in the registration process.

2. VHSL Physical Examination Form [Download] This form must be filled out in part by your doctor. All signatures and parts of forms must be complete. Email completed forms to Head Athletic Trainer Mr. Korey Berg.

Complete and submit the following forms to the Justice Rowing Registrar.

3. Print/Complete/Scan the following 3 forms to upload as part of the Justice Rowing new online registration form

Emergency Care Form MUST by November 17, the day Winter Conditioning starts

Field Trip Permission Form 2023–2024 season

Justice H.S. Release of Liability Form MUST by November 17, the day Winter Conditioning starts

4. Justice Rowing registration form 2023-2024 
Submit dues payment at the time of registration. Use the online payment option to pay by cash, check, or credit card.
Deadline January 15. If you elected the split payment option, this is the link to 2nd payment due by February 15.

5. Scholarship form

6. Uniform/T-Shirt/Boat Jacket form. Due December 15 at the latest.

7. US Rowing Waiver: Complete AFTER Jan. 1, 2024. Cost is $25.00. Club code: W2GS4

8. Complete swim test (offline for novice rowers) arranged by Justice High School Rowing Boosters.

Justice Rowing Lettering Policy 2021 (to be updated for the current season)

If needed forms: 

Inhaler Authorization (SS/SE-65) — Fill out and submit to the Justice Rowing registrar if a student uses an inhaler in school

Epinephrine Authorization (SS/SE-64) — Fill out and submit to the Justice Rowing registrar if a student needs an EpiPen

Field Trip Driver’s Form — Complete and submit to Mr Garvey if you drive student-athletes other than your own children in your vehicle
